Well ladies-I survived-my boys did too-and they didn't even know I was gone! ;) Let me tell you-it was SO HARD leaving them. I've been away from them for a few hours before, just never over night. I was a complete miserable b%^&* all day yesterday leading up to it(plus dh not being around to help out when needed added fuel to the fire!). Anyways!

I cried like a baby-for awhile! I cried even during their first nap! I was still here! Cried when I left them. Cried on the way. Cried when I woke up in the car and realized they weren't in the back seat! Basically-I seriously cried every single time I thought about them! I knew they were in good hands(both grandmother's watched them), but it was still so hard!

Anyways-dh and I had a great time at the Billy Joel concert! We were 5 rows up from the floor(not bad for free!). He gave a great concert-and it was 2 hours long. We played one slot machine-I did. It was a $1 machine-and I usually play the quarter machines. I put $20 in. Got down to $8 and hit for $320! We NEVER EVER EVER win at this casino! So-we went to Krispy Kreme and called it a night! Of course our internal clocks woke up at 6am! But we fell back asleep until 9:30am and then got on the road for 10:45am. Got home by noon and was just so thrilled to see the boys! It didn't last long though-we had to go to a family bbq where they are like vultures trying to get those babies. I even had to say no to MIL because she tried to take one of them away from me. I wasn't having it. She had him all weekend! Other than that-all was great!

Not sure how soon I will do it again though! It's debateable if we are going to leave them for a night while/if we go to Capri when we are in Italy. I'm starting to lean more towards no...

    Oh-and Cohlee-no roulette wheel play. Sorry! ;)

We went to Mohegan Sun. We actually never go there because they don't have poker(yet). DH and I are poker players. They are getting a poker room in August-so I'm sure we will be going there a lot more then! We wanted to go to Foxwoods to see the new casino-but time didn't allow it. DH said he wanted to go away for another night before we went to Italy(July), so maybe we will do another casino run! :D

And yes-the most important part-the boys were well behaved! From start to finish!

There's a new casino in Foxwoods? Ha ha! I didn't even know that. I'll have to tell my brother about the new room at Mohegan, he's a poker player too.

I can't wait to hear about your Italy trip!

Yes-MGM Grand at Foxwoods. Mohegan has electronic poker tables-about 4-6 I think-which were kinda cool. But we didn't get to play. The poker room at Mohegan opens around the end of August and will have over 40 tables or so. DH can't wait!

As for the Italy trip-I'll be posting a zillion questions as it gets closer!
