Since my baby boy is now at viability age, my Dr. gave me restrictions of no lifting over 15 lb and pelvic rest at least until my next appt where he'll check the position of my placenta again. I have complete previa at this point. The hard thing will be to remember not to pick up my girls.
But, I've had no bleeding and everything is going well otherwise.

My aunt had PP and went on to deliver a healthy and perfect baby boy! You can do it!

Take it easy and I am glad all is going well.
My BF had partial placenta previa early on in her last pregnancy. The doctors did expect it to resolve itself and it did by the end of the pregnancy. Wishing you all the best with your pregnancy!

best of luck! a complete previa usually will not resolve so you will probably have to have a section - (just learned about it on Monday) whereas a partial or marginal will tend to move upward...no bleeding is a very good sign!
