I might be pregnant...

Well - I might be pregnant... I might not be.

I took a pregnancy test last week and immediately it came back negative. I tossed it under the sink and went about my day. When I came home, I was talking to a friend about it and I went to show it to her, and there was another line. It was a VERY VERY faint line, but you can see it. I took another test (a different type) and it came back negative. I have been feeling preggo - for example, I have been spotting - which is what I did when I was pregnant with the twins; my breasts are larger; I am extremely mooding; I have an iron/metallic taste in my mouth; I have been cramping, and I am yuckyish...

Here is the part that has me thinking I may not be. 1.) I am on birth control. Now I am on a generic type and just started it back up from when I was nursing. We used condoms up until I got back on BC - so I am not sure if bc takes a while before it gets into your system. 2.) I had a period last month, and i am not suppose to start my period until next week.... hmmm interesting.

What do you guys think?

At first I was so anti the idea.. the boys are only 15 months old and I am not sure how I would handle two 2 year olds and a baby (or two).

But now, after the possibility of it, I am a little excited...

 

Since you read it late, it could just be an evaporation line. What color was the test lines blue or pink? Pink is less likely to have an evaporation line. Was it an early pg test?? Some test levels as low as 25 IU. If it was a higher test, you just may be slightly pg. I would suggest testing again with first mornings urine. I agree with debfitz, I would definitely do another test with the first morning's pee and see what comes up. If it comes back negative and you are still feeling symptoms, you can always ask for your doc to check you out. Good luck and I hope you get the answer you want!
