Yesterday I cleaned up all the toys that the boys no longer play with. I moved 2 excersaucers, 2 bouncy seats, a swing, a child sized table and chair and the Bumbos to the shed. :yahoo: My living room looks gigantic (and somewhat empty) now! I'm just so excited not to be tripping on every baby item ever invented as I try to move around my house! I had to share, lol!

I know what you mean, when we had my DD 3 yr birthday party we moved a bunch of her stuff that she has outgrown down to the basement and it was soooo nice. I dread when it comes back up for the twins since we will hae both their things and hers, and that is with a room all to themselves!

I am not looking forward to all the "stuff". We have a three year and haven't seen most of the "baby" thing in a long time. I think we are going to have to find a new place for our twins!! Our two bedroom townhouse is not going to be big enough! Congrats for all the newfound space! Kiesha

I remember when I moved everything they quit using... you do get more space.

But now my living room is covered in toy cars, trucks, everything, LOL

I will be glad when we get our new room completely finished... we only lack carpeting and electrical fixings... then the other spare room will be their play room!!

Must be a great feeling! My poor little family room is anxiuosly awaiting to have 'its' space back. It is not as bad as when they were first born but we still have some bigger items hanging around!

we did the same thing this weekend - and it was replaced by more toys as it was the twins first birthday party!

We moved two swings and two bouncy seats. That helped open things up a lot.

We are also anxiously anticipating they day the exersaucers can be retired. However, they love them so they are still around...hopefully, when they begin walking they will be a thing of the past. We have just come to the conclusion with all the toys and gadgets that it is no longer OUR house but, THEIR house. :D

I am looking forward to the day we can move our coffee table back into the house from the garage! I hope it's soon!

I had that experience just last month. Bye, bye to the swings and exersaucers. It was a short lived reprieve as the space is now consumed by stand-up tables and more and more toys. I want to know where all these toys come from. It seems like they reproduce overnight :p .
