    Too cute! The one where they're both crying in the Santa outfits is about what my boys looked like at 8 weeks.

    You'll get the schedule down, just give it time. At 8 weeks, they pretty much do what they want to despite how hard you try to get them on a schedule. Be patient and try again around 3 or 4 months!
