i have a dragon baby...

she has this new sound she loves to make and it sounds like she's growling... it's hysterical! the funny thig is she either does it really loud, or real quiet, depending on her mood. it wakes me up in the morning when i hear her in the monitor growling in her crib lol anyone else have a baby that makes funny noises?

 

:laughing: That sounds so cute! My DD used to make funny sounds before she could talk, now not so much. Try and get it on tape!

My DD loved to growl. IT was how I knew she was happy. Now she doesnt' as often but still does when she is in teh mood. It is too funny.

 

That's so cute! Mine used to have funny noises. At first I wondered where in the world they came up with these sounds and now I miss them! They were gone by 2 months old. I agree with pp, try to get them on tape. Thanks for sharing .

My ds loves to scream at the top of his lungs first thing in the morning. Iwish it was cute. :blink:

 

mine babble sooo much, mostly my DS. He will babble for half hour straight sometimes. it's the cutest thing, along with their face expressions they make. It melts my heart thinking about it. I can't wait to get home and hear it again.

Their dad stays home with them and when he calls I can hear them in the background.

Sooo funny! Definitely get it on video! Ana makes this noise and DH and I have NO idea how she does it. It sounds like she is rolling her tongue, but she's not. The noise is coming from the back of her throat. She's done it since she was like 4 months old. Now she does it when she gets excited or I roll my tongue and she'll make the sound back to me. Its like she's purring. So weird.

yes!!! that's it! she rolls her tongue adn it comes from the back of her throat! lol

This morning DD woke me up practicing her fake laugh: "Ha! Ha! Ha!" :lol: So funny, all the sounds they make...

 

Ha! Joel growls at my breast right before latching on sometimes. It cracks me up!

 

I have a dragon baby, too...only I don't find it 'cute or amusing' anymore. I usually tell him to 'hush' & make cute baby noises. Then again, lately I've been CONSTANTLY repeating MAMA MAMA MAMA b/c all I hear is DADA DADA DADA. I'd rather have the growling dragon back .....

 

My kids used to make this screeching noise by sucking in air. I miss my little pterodactyl babies. :wub:

 

Jake makes a grunting sound, like he's going to make a poopy diaper, but it's just for fun! It makes us laugh so much and then he does it even more!

 

My Alyssa is a growler and jabberbox (man I really wish I knew what she was saying) my Ashley is a grunter... Dh taught her to go "uh uh uh" like Tim the Tool man!! It is hilarious.

Oh Alyssa fake laughs too!! Whenever big people are laughing she "hahahaha"s it is too funny.

 

So funny! DS just figured out how to make this noise, too. He loves it!
