We went thru this for weeks when my boys were first born. Morgan would tee-tee out of his diaper a couple of times a day. Jonah didn't do it but maybe once a week. We thought it was the diaper. Then we finally realized that Morgan just has a fairly long "squirt gun", and it can't be pointed anywhere but straight down or there is definitely going to be spillage! My husband loves to refer to Morgan's "third leg"! He's so proud! LOL!

I'm having the EXACT same problem with Ronan, and somehow he only times it for the hours between 1am and 4am. It happened twice last night, the first time was only 1/2 hour after I'd changed his diaper, so I know it wasn't a diaper saturation issue, but a penis placement issue.

Yep, I keep forgetting to keep that little pistol pointing down when I diaper him...

Jenny... no matter what for some reason my guys always leaked through at that age as well... the only thing that worked for us was changing to Huggies Supremes and going up a size.

 

My DH always forgets to point! Somehow in the morning Nevan is always "saluting" and you have to tuck him. The rest of the day, he's fine!

 

Zachary used to be able to pee up his back (soaking the back of his clothes) and still have a dry diaper...figure that one out

Yep have this problem at the moment, if we dont point it down, we pay for it. I cant believe that at his age my boys can actually soak diapers...cloth & disposables.

 

Thats too funny! I guess I'm glad I don't have "squirt guns" to deal with because I know I would forget to aim.
