I have a cold

I hate getting sick! I woke up on Saturday feeling fuzzy headed but still ok. Then yesterday was more of the same with a little stuffiness. Well today I have a full-blown head cold (no pun intended). The girls started school last week so I was anticipating a lot of colds this season but I never thought that it would start with me. I just really hope that they don't get it.

And, Wednesday I have an appointment for an u/s, Thursday I have my 3-hr glucose test and Friday is their first day of dance school and my mom is taking them for the weekend so DH can celebrate our anniversary. I can't afford to be sick and I really want the girls to stay healthy.

And there is nothing that I can take is there... ? :cray:

 

I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling well! I can commiserate. I started a new job today and Sunday I started with a rattle in my chest which is now a very pesky productive cough (note the time of this posting) that's keeping me up. Of course, the constant coughing and clearing my throat is not only annoying but causing a sore throat. I caught mine from my girls who are working on colds from daycare. Blah! Here's hoping we both feel better quickly.

 

I hope you both feel better very soon. This crap is going around my work adn I'm trying to stay away from it, but that's probably wishful thinking.

I have a cold, too. I'm miserable. Luckily, I work at an ENT office and one of the doc's gave me something that's OK to use during pregnancy. Hopefully that kicks in soon!
