i have a c-section date

i went to the dc yesturday and asked my ob when would i be getting my c-section date he went outside and came back like a minute later and told me that he was going to do it 3 weeks earlier than nov 4th(original due date) i was soo happy plus the babies are getting really big and i can't wait to oct-13 YAY!!!!!!! i have a u/s on the 20 of sep to check the babies fluid levels hope everything comes out ok :a_smil09:

 

That is awesome to have a date, gives you something to look forward too. I guess that is why I am so anxious, I don't have any date so they keep telling me anytime in the next 3 weeks for sure (they won't let me go past 37 weeks)

 

Yeah for you! My c-section date is Oct 11th, but we doubt we'll make it that long! Congrats!

 

Oct 13 is a great birthday -- it's my Mom's! Congrats and I'm glad you're doing so well!

Wow, they scheduled that really early. My doc won't even talk about an induction date, she said if we get to 37 weeks we'll talk then.

Can I ask why you are having a c-section vs. vaginal birth? Just curious.

It must be nice to have a date to count down to, I have to keep telling myself, okay, only 10 more days and then we'll know for sure.

 

my other three were by c-section and my ob decided to do another one b/c my c-section is really sensitive and they think it could damage the scar tissue if i delivered vaginally?

i prefer a c-section anyways!!!!! it's not that bad as ather people think it is!
