I hate needles!

    It's that time of year again...flu season. I went and got my flu shot this morning. Now my arm is aching! I hope the shot keeps me healthy this winter. When I was pg with Abby & Kate there was such a shortage I couldn't get one. I ended up having the flu 2 times that year.

    I always tell my patients that I worry about the people that like needles!! :p

    Sorry you are sore. If it matters, I hate needles too and I tell everyone approaching me with one that. However, if I didn't deal with needles, I would never have had my twins through IVF. I was even giving myself most of the shots. I have to get a flu shot at my next dr's appt. in 1.5 weeks. I'm not looking forward to it! Hope it feels better soon.

    I think I wil probably get one since I'm pregnant...I got one last year and had the flu 3 times since then though. Not bad, just 24 hour things, but COME ON!

    I don't mind shots too much, but Chloe and Cole are sure not looking forward to next week's appointment!!

    Abby and Kate get their's next week, too. I'm sure they will not be happy about it either!

    I don't get the flu shot...haven't had anything like the respiratory flu in probably 15 years.... lots of people think it's for the stomach flu...but it's not... It's funny but the only year my SIL got the flu shot, and her kids too...they ALL got the respiratory flu twice that year... you just can't tell sometimes I guess..
