I guess they do look alike

People always ask if my twins are ID :huh: Even aside from the liberal use of pink and blue, they don't look anything alike. But then I saw this picture, and for a second I got confused as to who was who! I guess they look a little more alike than I realized. Based on this picture would you say they were ID or frat?

Wow, they really do! I have a picture of my b/g twins at that age, and they look a lot alike too.

 

they certainly do look a lot alike! but if they're B/G twins, they're most certainly frat.

 

They do look a lot a like, and if they were dressed in yellow or something, I could see how a stranger would ask if they were ID. My mom put all of my family members baby pics in one album. My mom, dad, sister and I all looked a lot alike as babies. I couldn't tell the different b/t my sister and my mom other than the quality of the photo.

OH, I know they're frat.LOL But I guess I never thought they looked anything alike. When people would ask me how I tell them apart, I think, well, I look at them.

 

They do look very very similar and totally cute!
Is the one on my right (their left) the boy? The face shape is just a hair different but I'm just guessing!

that's how i always feel too (my girls are ID) & i usually answer along those lines - but people always seem disappointed. it's like they expect me to have some list of secret differences that i use to "cheat".

 

I get the "how do you tell them apart" all the time and I usually stammer because I just know. They are cute as can be!

 

They're very cute and they really do look alike in that pic!

I also get the "how do you tell them apart?" question a lot even though my frat boys have a lot of differences that I would consider obvious (one has dark blue eyes and dark brown hair; the other has light blue eyes and blonder hair; one has a bigger nose and fuller lips and a birthmark over one eye, their face shapes are pretty different, their ears are different ...). And I'm also tempted to just say, "By looking at them."

 

They really do look a lot alike in that picture, I was not able to tell them apart! The first couple of days after birth, I could not tell Luke and Sophia apart in their pictures. But now, while you can tell they are siblings, you can also tell them apart

Your right! he actually looks very masculine.
