Well, I probably didn't need it, but I have trouble with my twins (just turned 1) and my 2 year old when we are out sometimes. My 2 year old is always 2 or 3 steps behind me and when I slow down, he slows down, so it drives me crazy. Then he whines about wanting me to hold him, which is fine, but then I can't turn my double side by side stroller with one hand. So anyways, I bought the Joovy Big Caboose (I think, it's the Double sit and stand one) in May and I finally got it a couple of days ago. I was so excited, but that excitement quickly turned to disappointment. First, my husband tried to put it in the minivan (I have a 2007 Nissan Quest) and it wouldn't fit in the back. He tried every which way, and it just wouldn't work. I obviously can't fold down the back seat in the van, because that is where my 2 year old is. After lots of moving seats forward and backward in the van, he finally got it to fit in between the front two seats and the middle two seats. Which it weighs a lot, so I struggled with getting it in and out the one time I did use it. And I can't leave it there, because my 2 year old gets in and out by himself. Anyways, and I have to take the front tray off to get it to fit there, so it was a big hassle. So then I did take it for a test drive around Target, and by the time I got inside, I was already exhausted. I know I am pushing 3 kids around in this thing, but it was harder to manuever that I thought it would be. My 2 year old does like it though, and he can stand or sit. I almost sent it back, but I decided that I would feel better taking the 3 of them out by myself with it than constantly needing to nag at Canyon to keep up.

Well, I don't think I would have bought it if I knew it wouldn't fit in the back of my minivan, so I thought I would pass along this information!!!

Let me know what you think or if anyone else has any suggestions with this stroller!!!

    Thanks!!!

Sounds like more trouble than it's worth! I have an Instep Safari TT Double Jogger, and it has a platform in front that my 3 year old sits on and he holds onto the bar. I love it! Great stroller and inexpensive as far as joggers go. I have a Sienna and it fits with no problem in the back. It will not go through narrow doors, but I take it to Target and Wal-Mart without a problem. Just wanted to offer another option!

So sorry you have had such a big problem with it  I have the same stroller Becky has and I highly recommend it as well. Thanks for giving us the low-down on the stroller!

I bought a used triplet stroller (Babytrend) for $100 on craigslist. It fits perfectly in the back of my Sienna and its easy to push all three.

Might want to try the Valco Twin Runabout, with the attached toddler seat. It is AWESOME! I have a Toyota Sienna van, and I can fold the stroller up, put it in the back trunk area, and it only takes up about two thirds of the floor space. We still have lots of space. it is only about 30 lbs. I could push that thing with a pinky if I had to- wonderful moveability!

Thanks everyone, it's just sad that I thought I found the PERFECT stroller for us. I am still wondering if I should call the company and try to send it back and consider the board thing for the back of our peg perego aria. It's not that big of a deal, it's just very frustrating, as I am sure you all know.

    Thanks again!!

You could also add this to the Reviews section. It's up near the top right corner of the page. That way people will be able to see this long after the thread has sunk.
