I got my Radio Flyer Canopy today!

It came at lunch time today and I've already got it set up! It only took about 5 minutes to open/setup. It looks like it will provide great sun coverage this spring/summer when we take the wagon out for walks. I hope the kids like it! Did anyone else receive theirs? I know a few people were planning to order...

 

That is so cool. I thought about getting it, but the kids are so heavy that pulling them in the wagon is a challenge.

 

mine came with a canopy. I found that I only used it 1-2 times but it does provide good sun coverage. we will probably use it for the 4th july parade and other times we will be out for an extended period of time...

I never hit "purchase" because I started shopping around to make sure there wasn't anything else I needed to do at the same time But I need to order it! Very cool!

Hi! Where did you guys order the canopy from? I just got one of the wagons for Grace and Samuel's 1st bday, but it didn't come with a canopy.
DH would probably shot me if I did buy something else though!! I just got my triple jogging stroller from UPS today! I already put the wheels on and took all 3 out walking today. A little expensisve, but soooooooo worth having some exercise time!!!!

Let us know how you like the canopy ...I'm in the market for a wagon now and it sure sounds like the Radio Flyer is the one to purchase! I just wish there was an option where you could push the wagon instead of pulling it!

I actually have a question about that.....

My hesitation in hitting the PURCHASE button for the canopy is that I really want to use my wagon for the zoo and I'm afraid it's going to impede their view at the zoo. A lot of what they look at is UP. Until I can have them get in and out of the wagon reliably and not run off (which is getting better), I don't know that I can use it!

What do you guys think? If I can get them to keep their hats on, what should I do?

 

I havent recieved mine yet, and can't wait to get it. I use the wagon to pull them around on our deck, outside, etc. I think the suncover is going to be awesome! I originally purchased one umbrella for it and that didn't shade much, you would definetly need two. I think it would be great for the zoo too!

 

They can definitely still see out the sides/front/back. Probably not really up though Diane. We mostly use our wagon for walks around the neighborhood and up to the local shops, so it will be good for us. I always have hats on them, but this way I don't have to worry about their arms/legs having enough sunscreen or getting it applied soon enough before a short walk.

It really looks like it will provide good sun protection. I'm also thinking it will be nice to lay the baby down in outside when the other two are outside playing. I can put a blanket down in the wagon and have the shade over it.
