Our babes were born at 37.4 weeks! Both weighed in at 5.8 pounds. Silas is half an inch taller than his brother at 18 and 1/2 inches!
The c-section went well, and I am recooping well. They needed no NICU time and are healthy little boys. They are fraternal, yet weighed the exact same, I think they are just really competitive already! The best part of it is .....They are Breastfeeding!!!!!!! It was rocky at first with them latching, but I think we have it going pretty good so far. They are gaining their weight back. And being home and vreastfeeding is way better than at the hospital...with people in and out and no privacy...I do not like being a patient in the hospital.
Now we are home and all is well, last night was first night and they acted up, but I got them on a 3 hour feeding schedule today. So, if they are asleep I go ahead and wake them up to eat.
I hope everyone is doing well, and that I have time to chit chat with all every now and then! Boy, have we been busy!!! I must add that my DH is doing a fantastic job with helping!!!!!!

Congratulations!! That is so great that you're all home together now. I can't believe that you already have them on a 3 hour schedule too. I'm curious if your tandem BFing. In any case, Congratulations!!

Sometimes....right now though I am trying to keep their feedings 30 minutes apart. But if both are screaming and someone is around, we get the ez2 nurse out and feed that way. I really enjoy the one on one right now though~!

Congrats on your babes. My frat boys were very weight competitive right up to the gram while in the NICU and then for about the first 2 months of life until one started gaining faster. Congrats!!
