I'm so excited, just had to share. Their next meeting is September 24 and it's a topic hot on my list. Living on one income and enjoying it!!

Can't wait, I'll be sure to take notes in case anyone wants me to share. But I had to share that I found them.

BTW, I actually bought clothes this weekend! About 17-18 outfits with 6 matching sets, way to cute!!!

Great News!! I am just starting to get more involved with our local multiples group since my two are on one nap now. I am even coordinating the one year old playgroup each month. We just had our twin yardsale this past weekend and I sold a bunch of clothes and made some money. Ours also does a Mom's night out each month and playground visits as well as age specific playgroups. I am hoping to make some good friends, and Emilie and Trevor too.

I'm glad you found them, they are a great support system and will have lots of advice!! Let us know how you like the meeting.

OK- I want to go to some meetings with other mothers of multiples- how do I find out the groups in my area? Is there a difference between MoM's (I'm not sure what that stands for) or the group MOTC (Mothers of Twins Club)?

    MoM-Mother's of Multiples (I think)

Here is a link to the National Organization of Mother's of Twins Clubs. You can put in your city or zipcode to locate a club near you.

When I found my local multiples group, I just went on yahoo and typed in my city/county and multiples club. Good luck finding one.

That's great!!! Yes, take notes for us!

I really recommend to the moms here to seek out and join their multiples club, even while pregnant. I joined after the kids were born, but I wish I had been a member while pregnant as I could have really used the social and emotional support while on bedrest. Although I am not super active (the night meetings are hard to make for me), I do enjoy the playgroups and have made some good friends.
