I forgot what its like!

Wow, this is the first time since the twins were born that I have been home alone. Its awesome!! They are 7 mo. and at 5 mo. I went back to work part time at a bank and today is a holiday but I decided to take them to daycare anyway so I could get some things done, I feel like I'm playing hoockey! I even have time to post on TS! So cool!
Anyway, heres some pics. Still not sure whether they are ID or not. They are di/di. I used to think no, then yes and now no again. What do you think? They both are crawling all over- although they have totatally different techniques. They both sit up very well and are good eaters and they are pulling up onto anything they can get their hands onto.Well, I will do some replys to other posts while I have the time.

The first pic I would have said Frat. The second Id. I can totally see why you are going back and forth on this one.

 

First of all -- gotta admit I'm a bit jealous of the fact that you were home ALL ALONE!!!! wow! hope you had a wonderful time being solo
Second -- your boys have quite the smile and their eyes just sparkle! sooo cute!
Third -- I had the same thoughts as Pam (above) -- 1st pic I was like "oooh, similiar but probably frat.... then I looked a the second one and thought - ooooooh, so similar, probably ID!"...
any other head on face shots of both boys together you could post for us??

Congrats on a day to yourself. Your boys are adorable. I would guess fraternal. I can't put my finger on it, but there's just something not quite the same. I usually think though that if the parents are questioning it that they are identical. So, I guess I'm on the fence! Good luck!

Thanks for all your great replies. I had a great day off. I was planning on taking a nap at the beach but of course after months of no rain, it decided to pour that day!! errrr. But I got a chance to clean house, excercise and shop!
Anyway, Heres a couple more pics. I wish I could get a good one of them side by side without making different faces. I think ID because of their eye color- what are the odds of having 2 brown eyed parents having 2 different blue eyed kids? No one in either side of our family even has blue eyes! But then I think frat cause their eye and face shape are different and so is their hair line. I know I gotta get them tested one of these days...but it keeps me guessing in the meantime!

Hey. Thanks sooo much for the MUCH better pics! Now I am 100% sure they are fraternal!! Not a doubt in my mind. They look quite similar but you know, that's normal. Think of all the babies that look exactly like their (a- hem) Father's when their Father's were babies.. You know? My boys could be triplets w/ their Dad at the same age.. So.. the blue eye thing DOES happen and your boys are fraternal and soo handsome!

Lucky dog.. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo jealous that you live in HI. I have been there and it was/is by far my favorite place in the world. I was in Maui and Honolulu for a month. LOVED IT! You're very very very lucky and so are your boys.

We live in Minnesota... not so lucky!
