I feel LOUSY

I *think* it might be acid reflux but Ive never had it before so I'm not sure :huh: Can't WAIT for Monday's appointment!

 

I've never had acid reflex, so cant help you there sorry
But sence its Friday why dont you give the dr. a call that way you'll know before the weekend starts, it'll calm your worries. I personally feel silly when I call the Dr. about my "little" questions (bad back pain, cramping, exc.) but I always feel better after I talk to him so its worth it.

I agree with kitkat - maybe you should call today. That is what they are there for and they can set your mind at ease which is priceless!!

 

I would So call your dr if your worried it will make you feel better

 

Tums does not seem to work that well for acid reflux or heartburn due to pregancy. My doctor gave the all clear for pepcid AC and it is unbelievably good. I was having a terrible time, mostly at night. I chew up one of those babies before I eat dinner and I have not had a drop of heartburn or the middle of the night acid episodes. You can only take one every 12 hours so make it count. Ask your doctor first of course but it has been a lifesaver. Good luck!

 

Sorry - meant to add, I had the belly burn and (sorry TMI) I was without warning throwing up in my mouth - it would just burn for an hour and then start coming up. I do not eat spicy foods - pretty much any food is the culprit - I am on iron pills and things just don't get through my system that quickly.
