I feel like my skin is going to split...

The last few days the skin on my belly actually really hurts - it almost feels like it is just going to split! I have just been in so much pain that I cry on and off...
I don't like to complain, but man o man this is tough...
Anyone else feel this way?

 

Mine did that at the bottom of my belly. It was like it tore, and in a different way that normal stretchmarks. I used A LOT of vitamin E oil. It didn't totally fix it, but really eased the pain. It's been 3 years since I had my girls and that part of my stomach still really itches sometimes.

 

My skin hurts and itches. The constant itching is probably the most uncomfortable pregnancy symptom I have right now. I felt fine when I was where you are at, though. I hope it doesn't get worse for you. :nea:

mine felt just like you described, I took tylenol and held actual cold packs to my stomach. Alot of times I think my LO would feel the cold and would move as best she could, that certaintly helped the pain/pressure in the area I felt it most! When I talked wiht my doc about the pain she said she could prescribe something stronger than tylenol for the pain if I felt like I needed it. She said it was better to give me a pain reliever than to deliver early but I managed with tylenol and cold packs
