I can't breathe!

Okay, so I feel like I can hardly breathe, I can't seem to take a deep breath, and after eating HALF a meal, I am SOOOO SOOOO full!!!! My tummy is so hard!

How is this possible???!!! I'm only 17 weeks!!! I cannot imagine how miserable it will be at the end! Is this normal???

 

:hug: I don't recall exactly how many weeks I was exactly when I started having this issue...especially after eating. I think with a full belly it pushed them up or something and then I had a hard time breathing. <_< I hope it eases up for you soon.

 

Man..i feel you on that one. I dont know when it staarted but some days i feel like i cant make it, i cant breate for anything..

 

I know the feeling, there isn't much we can do about it though, and as you grow, it will just add pressure on your lungs.
I just try to stay propped up on pillows as upright as i can, sometimes being on either side can help too. :hug: :hug:

 

I know how you feel...its crazy I never imagined it would all feel like this so soon. The worst is when I try to go up stairs or waddle fast because it feels like my heart is going to beat out of my chest till I catch my breath

 

I'm so glad you posted this.
I can't breathe either. It started around 18 weeks. Now I am in week 22....and I feel claustrophobic. I feel like I am stuck in a drain pipe, adn I can't get out. And often feel I have to trade off eating for breathing.

I actually feel better when I go upstairs or get a little winded...

But it is miserable. I can't imagine making it to 38 weeks. There's just no room in there, and I still have 16 weeks to go.

Yeeesh!

Has anyone found yoga or anything that helps with this?
