    i'm 34 weeks today!!!

And for the first time ever Baby A was breech yesterday. I do not do not do not want to have a C-Section- I cried all afternoon. So my doc said if she doesn't turn he wants to schedule a C section for 36 weeks! (To avoid an emergency C) and if she does he'll induce me at 37 weeks.

Oh PLEASE let her turn. Any suggestions?

No advice on how to make baby A turn - but they can still do it! Or move around a bit. The nurse midwife in my office told me they once saw a woman in labor in their office and baby A was head down, they sent her over to L&D (which is right next door) and by the time they checked her out baby B who was breech had wiggled their way in front of baby A! So maybe the opposite can happen too [IMG]

I know the idea of a c-s sucks, but after my first born ended up in a c-s I just tried to remind myself that a healthy baby is the most important thing - easy to say I know.

Good luck, I'll send "turn baby turn" vibes your way

I don't know how well it works with twins but www.spinningbabies.com has some good information on everyday positioning (for yourself) to help get babies vertex and anterior. I totally understand your hesitation to get a c-section and you should try anything you can to get that little one to turn. There was one lady on here a few weeks ago who almost got her breech baby turned by applying packs of frozen vegetables to her head area when she'd wake up. [IMG] For all I know, that may have worked the next time she tried it. [IMG] Good luck!

I am 36 weeks with pretty big twins (probably over 6lbs each now) and they find a way to turn between EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT. I'm 5'6", so don't ask me how. I lay on my left side pretty much the entire night (heartburn on the right side, can't breathe on the back, stomach is out of the question) and I arch my back when I sleep so maybe that helps? Don't give up hope...it can happen.

    Happy 34 weeks Christine! [IMG]

If you've got access to a pool, swimming (lots of upside down swimming to the bottom and back up again) is supposed to help. Also, lots of pelvic rocking, it lets them float out of the pelvis a little bit to give them room to turn. Aria was breech so I did alot of all of this, there's definitely less room with two in there but it's definitely something that's worth a try.

    G'luck! [IMG]

Happy 34 weeks to you, too, Hillary! We're so close!

I've actually been doing some pelvic tilts and I've gotten on the ball and tried to do some inversions (hard, though, can't move around like I used to!)

I'm sure it'll be fine however it turns out...

    How are your ctrx doing?
