I cant believe it!

    Gma and Gpa are taking the boys overnight tonight. Mine and DH first night alone since the boys have come home. And guess who shows up? AF - my first since having the boys :(

    So what should I expect - typically mine are pretty short and light, but I have heard that after babies they can be heavier.

    I didn't notice a change in AF after the girls - the only difference was wearing a tampon was weird sometimes - I dont know how to describe it. I'm back to "normal" now as far as tampons go, but it took a few months before I was always wearing a tampon like I was before the babies.

    Same here...the tampon thing was just strange....but all a.o.k. now!

    So glad you get to have a night with DH!!! Enjoy!

    How nice that you have a nice without babies!!! As for AF my first was definitely heavier than normal, but after a couple of months it normalized.

    Me too, it took me a few months to use tampons again. My AFs have been quite heavy since giving birth. I used to get heavy AFs before but not like now! They´re starting to ease up a bit though and I dont have the cramps like I used to! :D

    Have a great night with DH, you´ll enjoy it all the same :)

    Mine AF were heavier for about 9 months- ditto PP abotu tampons. Had about a year until they felt 'normal' again. Tough at 8 weeks I still had PostPartum bleeding....UGH!

    HAve fun w/ Dh and maybe the babies can stay over at Grandma and Grandpas house again in a week or so!
