I can't believe I'm asking about this...my twins are so gassy!!!

I truly think our boys are the gassiest babies on the face of the planet. They are always tooting!! I really can't figure out why. They are exclusively breastfed and I've given much thought as to what I'm eating and can't think of anything that could be causing it! Is it just my boys or is this a "normal" infant problem??

Breastfed babies tend to be a bit more gassy, my guys are always tooting up a storm.

 

Yup! Its like an orchestra of winds here too sometimes. They make the funniest faces when they break wind too. Like it's something that they have been concentrating on!!! Pedi sais it's ok- nothing to worry about.

The babysitter called my first baby "tooter-rooter" But it's a blessing. My second baby...who because of lots of complications could only nurse for 3 months and had terrible tummy troubles on formula. I think it funny that as infants we applaud a toot and as they get older it's offensive.

Yep! Mine are exclusively breast fed & toot all the time. LOUD too! Sometimes my whole arm vibrates!

 

One of mine is and the other one isn't. Both are exclusively BF. Who knows?
