This year has been crazy! It started with months of bedrest and finally delivered my girls one week before their angel sisters first birthday at 32 weeks 3 days. THe girls were only feeder/growers in the NICU. After 22 and 19 days in the NICU we finally headed home. THere were lots of sleepless nights, well their still are alot of sleepless nights but its so worth it
Madison started out at 2 lbs 12 oz and now is right around 19 lbs. Brookie started out at 3 lbs 12 oz and is around 22 lbs now. Madison has 4 teeth on top and 3 on the bottom. Brookie has 4 on top and 4 on bottom. Both are crawling everywhere and getting into everything. Both now are standing on their own for short periods of time. THeir first word was "baba", then "mama" and now "dada".
For the first time yesterday I caught them really talking to eachother. THey were playing in their brothers room, both sitting up on their knees and in some babble that I have never heard before it seems Brookie was asking Madison to share her toy. NOw that was the coolest thing I have seen in a long time.
They both spend hours on end playing with their big brother

THeir first bday party was a princess theme, lots of cake everywhere! We had the real party a few weeks back and yesterday we went to the zoo, then lunch and then cake!
