you would think... 6th pregnancy, I would be able to deal, but I am miserable. With the twins the nausea was bad, but I don't really remember it being this bad this soon. My Dr. gave me reglan to help, but it seems to do no good. I'm trying everything/anything. lol, Any new and or random suggestions?

so sorry ur suffering, when pregnant with the girls I was feeling sick 24/7 for most of the pregnancy but worst the first 5-6months, the thing that helped me the most was peppermint tea, I sipped on it non stop, hope it will help you.

    Good luck

    Sorry you're so sick.
The Dr perscribed me a daytime nasua med called: Zofran ODT 8 MG & a night time nasua med called: Promethazine 25 MG (it helps just knock me out to sleep so, I've really only taken it twice.)
I know this sounds crazy but, drinking Lemonaide has helped me too!
I hope that you start to feel better soon!
    Take Care :)

    Ginger gum!
I chewed it all the time and it helped a lot.
You may have to order it online.

With this pregnancy, my 7th, I had never been so sick in my life. I ended up having to be on Diclectin (a Canadian prescription). There was a thread or two about the ingredients in Diclectin being that of Unisom and B6.

I have heard that those Sea Bands work for some women?? I had bad sickness with my boys and little to none with the girls. I am doing a FET on June 5 and this is really the only thing about another pregnancy that I am worried about (at this time!)! thanks for posting this I am taking notes in advance!

I hope the sickness goes away very soon!! and CONGRATULATIONS on your baby!

Ultimately I ended up on Zofran (generic) to stop the throwing up, but the nausea didn't end. A couple of things that helped (or that I could stomache):
    1. Drinking 1/2 tea and 1/2 lemonade (this was one of the few drinks that I could get/keep down - gingerale and Sprite wouldn't stay down)
    2. Vanilla pudding and vanilla wafers
    3. Baked Lay's chips

Those times can seem endless, but will eventually go away. I hope you feel better soon!!!

I was incredibly sick this pregnancy (and last!). This time I took an RX called Diclectin and it worked like a charm. It's anti-histamine and vitamin B combination that's widely available in Canada and has been safely used by something like 30 million women.

It seems to have stabilized. I think I will now live :) string cheese, roast beef sandwiches, reglan, and peppermint lifesavers :) with ginger snaps incase of emergency. :) I still get sick If I smell something bad, but no one's perfect. :)
