I AM SO IN LOVE!!! THEY ARE HERE!!!

On Wednesday morning January 03, 2007 our precious little girls
came into this world and I cannot begin to tell you hown love with them I am!!! The c-section was not bad at all -it was very quick -
my recovery has been a little rough - I lost a lot of blood
during the surgery and am very anemic on top of the usual post surgery pain - but I am telling you - I really am so in love with these babies! I feel like anyone who hasn't experienced the joy of twins has been cheated!!

at 8:02am Addison Emily was born screaming!! she weighed
6pounds 9.5 ounces! 17.5 inches long!!
which was amazing - she was supposed to be our smaller
twin!!

at 8:03am Ava Grace was also born screaming!! she weighed
6pounds 8.4 ounces and was 18 inches long!

we were 38weeks and 4 days when they were born! I hope this makes sense - it is a little different typing while on Percocet!!
but to all you ladies awaiting a c-section - my advice to you is
TAKE THE PAIN MEDICATION!! you will feel a lot better if you just go ahead and take it!!

I COULD NEVER HAVE GOTTEN THROUGH IT WITHOUT YOU!! I am looking forward to reading all of your birth stories!!

I have noticed a lot of new people on this site - I just wanted to tell you CONGRATULATIONS!!! and that no matter what your religion -
we have all been BLESSED with these babies - now that i have my girls
all of the worring, aches and pains - the cankles - ALL WORTH IT!!!
