I am so annoyed

My doctor had a baby so for the next two appointments I will be seen by another doc. Well, today I went today and the appointment was probably only 5 minutes long and she kept interupting me to ask me another question - she would never let me finish explaining how I felt. Then she rushed in to hear the heartbeats on the doppler and she just found it and didn't let us listen to it. She would just find one and then go to the other, then she turned it off. When didn't even get to hear their heartbeats today!! I was so frustrated. She then told me I had to get a flu shot (which is fine) but she was just real rude about it. I was quite frustrated with todays appointment - I look forward to our appointments and today was a disappointment. She didn't even give me time to ask questions!

I just wanted to vent!

That would have been so annoying I feel for you I do. I would have been really annoyed if I couldn't hear the heartbeats of my twins or see them etc during a visit if they are using an ultrasound. I am lucky I have a male dr who loves to show them to me and has a great sense of humour about everything.

 

I'm sorry that you had such a crappy appt. I know how you feel and I look forward to my appts. too. Some days it feels like the only thing I have to look forward to! lol

 

i don't look foward to my appointments after today My main Doc is rough with the internal exam....

but I hope you get to see your regular Doc soon.

 

You are well within your rights to contact the office and talk with the office manager and let them know about your visit!

 

that sucks i had appts like that so rushed no time to ask questions or anything-
