I didn't read it until a few weeks ago and it seemed like pretty good timing ... I have one STTN 12-13 hours now. I probably could have implemented some of the suggestions before the 4 month mark though.

I just ordered mine - should be here next week. Mine are sleeping well, but could be doing better. I know I should have read it awhile ago, but I've just been too busy...now that I've got the 7 pm bedtime down, I've got a little more time!

    I love the book!

It covers so many different aspects of sleep, not just training them to STTN (which is pretty much all that we care about it for now :). I was given the book when the girls were a week old (there are almost at 6 weeks adjusted) and so far it has helped give an idea of what we should be seeing in regards to their sleeping patterns.

Above all, I took away that as soon as I see signs of tiredness, it is time to put them down for their nap. The days when we are playing a little too long is when nap time becomes a struggle as they are already "too tired".
