What is HSHHC? I lurk over here, post on expecting board, in order to I guess gain info to start getting ready for the babies. I have seen HSHHC mentioned a lot when it comes to schedules and stuff, guessing it is a book. Would like to start reading now so I am somewhat prepared. Have a feeling I won't have much time to read once the boys are born.

It's "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child." It's a book by Marc Weisbluth. I love the book and it's helped me with my twins (and their sleeping) from the moment I picked up the book (suggested by other twin moms) They are great sleepers!

Great, will look into :) Thank you. I don't know, never worried about sleep with my two girls, now very concerned about getting them on a sleeping schedule and such once they are here.

I never thought of it as well....just figured they were babies and they would sleep. That's what babies do...not mine at the beginning. After they were 8 weeks old and hardly napped (I was so inexperienced) it was suggested to me. I knew nothing about sleeping schedules or wakeful times. This book really helped alot.

Read it! And get The Happiest Baby on the Block (book to read now, DVD for after the babies arrive). These two things are the only reason I'm still alive today!!
