How to organize work on the project?

    Hello. I need some advice. The thing is that I have been assigned to lead the work on a large project and I do not know how to organize everything in such a way that everyone knows their tasks and is responsible for them

    You need to break down all the work on the project into smaller tasks. You need to appoint a person responsible for each of these tasks. Then it will be clear what and from whom to ask and who is responsible for what
