no. I bought several differnt kids and so far the Carnation instant breakfast with a little Nestle's quick mixed in is my "favorite."

    Hold your nose? :unknw:

But seriously, I think they're kinda yummy, esp. when they're really cold. If it's just the smell, maybe you can put it in a covered travel mug and drink w/ a straw. For some reason, I like mine better with a straw. Weird, I know.

Throw the whole can in a blender with some bananas, ice, strawberries, vanilla ice cream, whatever you like. It will cut the fake chocolate flavor and add additional nutrition.

I stuck them in the freezer and made sure they were really cold. I didn't think they were too bad. :pardon:

A lot of ice and a shot of decaf coffee were pretty helpful. Keeping them cold made a huge difference.

I put them in the blender with ice and peanut butter (extra protein) and drink them that way. I agree with the straw comment, too.

I think Boost makes a banana one too that is awesome in smoothies or shakes!

I couldn't drink them.. I ended up giving a whole case of them away because every time I opened them I would throw up.

For extra protien, you could find just straight whey powder at your local health food store and make your own shakes!

I used Slim Fast as my protein drink and still ate normally... I would have a slim fast first thing in the morning and then about an hour later I would have my breakfast. Or have a slim fast as a mid morning snack.. I never used it to loose weight. It was the only thing I could drink (chocolate was the best). Good Luck!!!!!
