How to deal with depressive thoughts?

    I began to notice that I constantly think about everything in a negative way. It's strange because I've always been a very positive person.

    Have you tried seeing a psychotherapist? It seems to me that in your situation it would be the best choice.

    Well, I have those times too. Do you think it's something serious? It seems to me that every person can be both positive and depressive at different periods of his life.     Without knowing the details of your situation, it is difficult to give advice. It would be great to specify whether your condition is related to motherhood, personal life, etc. It is also important to understand what you have already done about your situation.
