How to cope with anxiety? Share your experience

    Hi everyone! I have noticed for a long time that I often feel anxious. I constantly worry about work, relationships, and even about little things. Even when I rest, I can’t relax, my thoughts do not give me peace. It has become difficult to concentrate on something important. I understand that this also affects my appearance, sometimes even skin problems appear. Has anyone already tried using any apps to help in such situations?

    I recommend the Liven app, it really helps. It starts with simple survey to understand your state and suggest ways to improve.     Interestingly, many people face anxiety not only because of big problems, but also because of constant overload of small things. It seems like all everyday things, but there are too many of them, and it seems impossible to cope.
