How to build a website? Help?

Hi all... I'm just wondering which website service you use... we are hoping to design a site so that distant family can see updated pics of the babies and kids. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

I use www.freewebs.com and I think it is way easy. It is free, but they start putting ads on it when you reach a certain amount of traffic in a month. I reached that the first month so I bought a package that I think is like $25 or $50 a year.

Everyone loves to check it and I get in trouble when I go too long without updates.

We use phanfare.com. It's great! I'm not computer saavy AT ALL and found this to be very easy! It's got a huge storage capacity and you can upload video, too! I think it's like $50 a year, but family members can order photos through Snapfish on there as well.

I uses MSN Spaces. It's totally free and I find it very easy to use.

i looked at a bunch of websites and decided to just do a blog (eblogger.com)-- it's easier and it's free -- I also upload videos to Youtube.com. This would likely meet all your needs. I find the other sites are poorly designed. This really works for us.

I love www.babysites.com It's SUPER easy to use and free!

 

I use www.1and1.com You have to pay for it monthly but you can do soooo much! I also paid for the unlimited photo albums and unlimited pages. There are templates so you can change the backgrounds, colors, etc. anytime. You also can access it from any computer. They always have deals too!!! Yippee! We even have emails set up for the twins so they can get emails from family and friends. You can have contact pages, entry forms, counters for visitors, surveys, videos, etc. Check out our website at: Visit Our Website!
