sit in an activity center? They have pretty good head control and I think they want something new! The activity centers we have (the round ones they sit in) are all hand me downs, so I don't have the boxes to see the age reccomendations!
    THANKS!

If they have good head/neck control, go for it. I put my babies in it around 4 months. If they wobble, stuff towels or blankets around their bodies!

I put my kids in as soon as they had good head control. I would stuff a blanket around them so they didn't bob around too much. They loved being upright and able to look at and handle toys. I think mine were around end of 3 months, beginning of 4 months when I put them in.

I started around 4 mos. They weren't tall enough, but they liked the change of scenery! Try it, that will tell you whether it's time or not!

It all depends on the child and how strong their necks are. I started my girls at 3 months, they had amazing head controll.

Make sure they have really good neck control & trunk control as well. The blanket around them is a good idea.

Zoe goes to physical therapy once a month, and our therapist actually told us NOT to use the walkers/saucers. She said it doesn't give them enough support for their spines. I think maybe a lot of people just put them in too early.....since Johnny's always been really strong and when he's in them he stands anyway, I went ahead and used them anyway. When Zoe got stronger and was holding her head good and showing signs of almost sitting up, I let her have some time in it too. They just get so bored on the floor, swings, etc! I think as long as they're in them securely & not wobbling around it would be fine.

My exersaucer said 4 months and up. Head/neck control is the key.

I started mine in an exersaucer around 4.5 months but they didn't quite like it too much until 5.5 months.

I started putting mine in around 4+ months. I used blankets to help them. I would also recommend keeping a good eye on them. When their little heads start bobbing I know it's time to get them out!
