Just wondering how much other 7 month olds are eating. My mom thinks I should be feeding the babies more. Right now they a 3 meals a days that includes 5 oz of formula plus 1/2 tub of vegetable and 1/2 tub of fruit. I've also started giving them a graham cracker or two. They also get a 7 oz bottle at 8:00 before bed.

Ours still get 5 6oz bottles a day plus two meals which are usually 1 stage 2 container of fruit or veggies (split between them), or a half a container with about 2 Tbs cereal (again split between them).

IMO, I think you might want to decrease some of the solids and get more formula into them. If I am reading your post right they are getting only 22 oz formula/day. They should be getting like 26-30 per day per my Ped but that is just mine. FWIW I did not start offering a 3rd meal of solids until they were about 9 months old.

According to the book from our ped, infants between 6-8 months should be drinking 18-24 ozs of formula a day so the twins are having enough according to our info. Should I be feeding them more solids though? They are a lot more interested in solids than bottles these days.

This was almost exactly our schedule at 7 months (mine shared a fruit and a veggie for dinner) up until they were 8 months.

Since you're not concerned about formula intake, are you asking about the amounts of solids you give?

ETA: Just FYI...I know some people have posted, as you have, that their ped recommends amounts from 18-24...mine still recommends 24-32 oz for mine...to be adjusted if need be at their 9 month appointment.

My ped recommended 24-30 oz at 7 months.

We were doing about 27 oz, plus 2 meals of veggies/fruit.

We've just now added a lunchtime meal of solids but they are still taking as much BM as they always did.

If they are still hungry I would give them another bottle. I would not offer them any more solids. They need the nutrition from the formula not the solids at 7 months.

Ours are nursing 4 times a day and eating three meals plus 2 snacks (sometimes)

~Breakfast: 1 size 2 jar fruit mixed with cereal (for Iron) or yogurt and fresh banana
~Lunch: 3/4-1full jar size 3 meal (like mac and cheese or spaghetti)
~Dinner: 1 size three jar of food or half the jar and appropriate table food (carrots, green beans, refried bean etc)
~Snacks: Gerber fingerfoods or Arrowroot cookies

Sounds like my girls are eating close to what the other babies are - plus/minus a few ounces. They were drinking 7 ozs bottles, but I cut them back about a 1 1/2 months ago because they spit up so much. Honestly, each baby spits up about 3-4 times an hour. I noticed them spitting up less when I gave them less formula. They are also on Prevacid.
