2 maybe 3 about 6 ounces at a time. they really would rather eat that have a bottle. they also have about 2 ounces of juice mixed with water. how about yours?

My guys drink 3-4 8oz bottles a day and they eat a ton... yet they are still tiny. :pardon:

Mine are almost 10mo old, here is what they are taking:

    Breakfast: 6oz
    Snack: 4oz - 6oz
Lunch:6oz or 8oz depending on how much they eat, we are on finger foods so some days they are picky!
    Snack: 4oz
    Dinner: 6oz

I try to read them, I know that sounds stupid but one time I didn't think they would take an 8oz and not kidding in 5min the bottles were DRY! Piggies I have, but they are still tiny little things! What gives?

At 10 months, my girls were drinking about 4 bottles of 6 ounces each but some bottles they might only drink 3-4 oz of, especially the last bottle before bed.

I actually have a question about your question - because I'm thinking this might be our problem. When several of you say you give four bottles at 6 or so ounces - how much solids are you feeding. I ask this question because my daughter has 9 week old twins and I think we might be overfeeding. Of course the babies are only on formula and eat more frequently - but it seems that six ounces is more or less the norm at a time for the older infants. If I could tag a question on to this - how many ounces and how often did you feed two month olds. They were both 5 weeks early and came home after 12 days in special care nursery at 5# and 4# respectively. The largest is now at 10 pounds and the smaller is within ounces of 10 pounds. Thanks.
