How many hours do your 1-5 year olds sleep?

I was just thinking about how many hours my kids sleep and for the most part they all sleep the same amount... Give or take a couple hours...

Nicholas who is 4, goes to bed at 9pm and wakes up at 7am with a 2 hour (at least) nap... 12 hours.

Israel & Ruthie who are almost 3, go to bed around 7:30pm and wake up at 6:30/7am with a two hour nap... 13 hours.

Esther who is 17.5 months, goes to bed at 7/7:30pm and wakes up at 7/7:30am with a two hour nap... 14 hours.

My question is, how many hours a day do your kids (aged 1-5) sleep? Including naps, if they take them.

They usually sleep about 12 hrs at night and nap for about 1.5-2 hours.

Mine sleep 9-10 hrs at night and usually take a nap anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 hrs (almost every other day). If they don't get a nap they will sometimes sleep a half longer in the morning.

Mine just turned 1 and sleep about 12 hours a night and 2 naps a day anywhere from 1.5-2 hours each, so I voted 15 or more.

My girls go to bed at 6:30 or there-about, wake at 8:30 or 9am. Nap from 12 or 12:30 until sometimes 3:30 or 4pm. So I voted 15 or more.

My girls sleep 11-1/2 to 12 hours a night and they don't nap unless they fall asleep in the car. Their bedtime is 8 and they get up around 7:30 or 8 the next morning.

My boys are 5 and they sleep varied amounts.

During the week they have preschool and we wake them up at 6am but they take a nap during the day, so they get about 9 hrs at night + 1.5 hr nap, so around 10.5-11 hrs.

On the weekend they get anywhwere from 12-13 hours at night with no nap during the day.

Mine get 11-12 hours at night and two naps that total about 2.5 hours so I'd guess they average 14 hours at 17 months old.

I voted 13-14, although Ainsley is currently at 12 since she is not napping.
They sleep 7pm-7am. Bea naps 2-3 hrs, Ainsley used to nap 45min-1 hr.

My girls, who are 12 months old, sleep from 6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., take an hour long nap in the morning, and a hour and a half nap in the afternoon. So total sleep is about 15 hours a day! Gosh, that seems like a lot of sleep!

I voted 13-14, though some days it's closer to 12, depending on how they nap at daycare. They sleep 11-11.5 hours at night.

Mine do 11 hours at night and 3 1/2 during the day either via 1 nap or 2.

My girls will be 4 in a month and we stopped taking daily naps recently [IMG] Once maybe twice a week sometimes now instead of daily. They are in bed at 8pm and up between 9-10am so I voted 13-14 hours.

My babies sleep roughly 11.5 hours at night and take 2 naps a day which total 3.5 hours. So I voted 15 +.

I almost forgot- My 4 year old DD sleeps 11 hours at night and 1 nap a day for 2 hours. A total of 13 hours a day.

My boys will be 3 in April and they only sleep approx 10 hours. They are currently refusing naps. They will 'crash' on the couch during a movie for about an hour if left alone, but that's maybe once a week.

I wish I could get them to sleep more, my dd at this age was sleeping 13 hours at night AND still taking a 2 hour nap.

About 13 if they nap (which is about 1/2 the time)...
