How many diapers do you use?

It seems like we go through LOTS of diapers. I was just wondering what others are doing.

I voted for pampers since we use those during the day. At night we use huggies supremes. For some reason pampers baby dry's just don't hold enough at night.

 

Wow! So far we really do go through lots more diapers than most! My girs use between 30-35 diapers a day!

 

my littles ones are now 10 months, but when they were younger we used a lot more.

 

We use the Costco/Kirkland brand of diapers. But they start at size 3 (at least at our store) so before that we used Pampers or Huggies at first, then Luvs for a while (Luvs worked great, but Costco is cheaper).

Normally we go through 10-15, once in a while, on a particularly poopy day, more than 15.

 

This totally depends on age. We use A LOT less now! Something to look forward to!

 

I change the babies with each feeding (six times a day) however my son usually chooses to dirty right after he has been changed and fed so for that reason we always use a few extra diapers.

 

I guess I'm the odd one here, we go through 10 diapers a day. If its a poopy day its a little more. When my girls were younger we were going through 20-25 a day.

 

15-20 usually. I voted for "other" as we use cloth diapers the majority of the time. I only use disposables when I have to wash all the liners (we use a diaper service so I don't have to wash the prefold diapers myself). I am so glad I use cloth as it actually works out a bit cheaper...I get 140 diapers a week for about $20.

 

We go through less than 10!!! We change them whenever they wake from a nap and if they poop in between.

 

We go through less than 10 lately, when they were younger it was much more. And we use chlorine free Seventh Generation - love them in every aspect! They fit perfectly, very absorbent, no chemicas.

 

We use the BJS brand, Berkley & Jensen. A size 3 box of 144 is $19. Yes we are cheap.

 

I put 15-20 per day, and I have 3 in diapers right now. We use Target brand dipes during the day, and the boys wear Huggies Overnights at night.

 

At that age we were still going through about 20 a day. The amount decreases as they get older and toddlers usually only use about 5-6 a day each. For the first two months, I used all different types of diapers since I had so many from my baby shower. I was never picky. Once we ran out of diapers I used Especially for Baby Supreme (Babies R Us brand - they always sent coupons) and Pampers Swaddlers and bought them both by the case. At 1 year, I found some very easy to use cloth diapers called Happy Heinys and switched the girls over to those until they potty-trained.

 

You WILL go through a lit of diapers in the firts 6 months.

They should be changed with every feeding and more if they poop, so say they eat every 4 hours, that's 6 diapers a day each baby withou poopy ones.

That decreases to about 4 per day when they are over 6 -12 months old.

 

we usually go through right around 10-12 depending on the amount of poo...

and I'm a Huggies ho - Pampers give my kids a red butt and I get way more Huggies coupons than Pampers ones!

 

I'd say we're in the 15-20 diaper/day category, and our boys are just a bit older than your twins. We use cloth diapers during the day (Kushies) and Kirkland disposables at night (they wear size 1-2).
