How long does this shedding last?

I started shedding around 3 months pp. I have a lot of hair so when I shed it's everywhere. Yesterday was so bad that I wondered how long will this last. 6 months pp? I'm curious as to how long I should expect this. THANKS!

 

It might take awhile. I have regrowth coming in now, but I bet I was loosing hair for 4 months!! I thought I was going bald...and my husband wanted me to go see a dr. But, it finally stopped clogging the shower.

 

Mine FINALLY quit about a month ago, my twins are 8.5 months old now. Extra strenght liquid plummer, the gel type, the only thing I could find that got thru the hair clogs!

 

I was probably REAL close to the 6 mo pp before my hair quit falling out. My DH couldn't stand it either, he was constantly picking up hair from everywhere esp. the bathroom floor.

 

I'm 5 mos pp and my hair is still coming out in clumps! I have really really REALLY long hair and it's driving me absolutely crazy. I always brush it right before I get in the shower to try and pull some of the loose stuff before it goes down the drain.

 

UGGHHH!! Having the same problem here. I'm to the point where I can't even stand to take a shower. I hope it starts slowing down soon. My DH is going to kill me if he has to keep unclogging the shower.

Mine has stopped falling out. The regrowth is the worst part. I look like I am in Kindergarten and cut my own bangs. I'm constantly explaining to people that it is regrowth. I look really cute (said with sarcasm)!

 

I finally got so fed up with it at 5 months I just cut it all off......

 

I take a prenatal and a complex B... it just stopped falling out. I was told its Biotin(?) that helps retain the hair.

 

Mine got better when I started having regular periods again, but your hormones have to even out first before you'll quit shedding (according to my hairdresser)....
