Just curious how identical everyone's identicals are and if things like this happen with yours. I had the boys at the pedi yesterday and they both were exactly 13lbs 11oz and 24 1/2 inches long! I couldn't believe it maybe it was just a fluke. Well then last night I was feeding Jack at like 4:30am and for some reason neither of my boys EVER poop at night, don't ask me why they only go during the day. So anyway I feed Jack and change him and put him back down and hear him start grunting but didn't think anything of it. So I feed James and change him and put him back down and I decide to check Jack and sure enough he had filled his drawers, so I go over because James is grunting too and sure enough he had filled his too! Then neither one of them would go back to sleep and then at 6:15 on the dot both of them were out again. It was weird just wondering if these kinds of things happen to yours. Oh and here they are at 4 months!!

Wow Ericka! They would be very difficult to tell apart!(Probably not for mommy though!)

Wow!!! They are so cute and talk about identical!!! I'm wondering when the different personality thing is gonna kick in, because right now there is absolutely no difference. What about your little guys? I know there's not much at 4 months (mine will be 4 months in 5 days). And their cries and coos sound exactly alike. Does this change, ever? It certainly is fun having these identical little boys, isn't it?!

my guys are pretty identical, too. they've never been more than 2 oz apart in weight & have always been the same length. they even cut the same tooth on the same day! their potty habits are pretty similar, too...one poop each b/f the morning nap & another b/f dinner. :)

My dd took her boys in for their 9 month appointment and they were both 21.8 pounds and 27 3/4 inches long... I thought for sure they would be a few ouces differant!

Mine are still different in size. I love this picture because it really highlights how they can be so alike and yet so different:
same mouth, eyebrows, ears, nose, hairline...but one is a little chubbier! BTW, this photo is hosted by TS, so embedded it's ok:

They're so cute, Ericka! I know at one point my girls were only 2-3 oz. apart (about 11 oz. difference at birth), but now I think their weights are pretty different again. One likes the bottle better than the other. :) One just feels lighter to me, so we'll see in a couple weeks at their appointment. So far, their head circumference has always been exactly the same and their last length measurement was the same. As far as developmentally, they both rolled over for the first time on the exact same day!! Pretty cool.

    That mirror picture is adorable!

Mine are slowly catching up to being the same weights. Micky is inching her way there. But they do both wake, eat and poop often at the same times or within a few minutes of each other. On one hand it is cute, but on the other... yikes, gimme a break girls!

Developementally, Micky has always been a few days behind Maddy. But those days are closing in as well, the closer their weights get to each other.

Your boys are so cute, and I couldn't tell them apart at all! The girls have always been the same weight, or within 4 oz. of each other, height has always been very close too. They don't seem to do things at the same time though, atleast not yet!

Mine were 2 oz difference at birth and the same length. They normally always poop within minutes of each other and they rolled over 1 day apart. At 2 weeks they weighed the same and at 2 months they weigh the same. We don't go back till the first of october so I guess we will see then if there is a difference. I always think Grace is bigger than Hope but she never is.

Mine poop in tandem quite often  They've always been within a few ounces of each other and about the same height. I can't tell their voices or cries apart but they have their own favorite sayings and their mannerisms are different enough that I can generally tell who is who from behind (there is enough difference in their faces that I can easily tell when they look at me). They hit all of their milestones at about the same time also.

My boys are always within 2-3 oz of one another in weight. They want to eat at the same time, sleep at the same time, and be held at the same time (of course) It's very easy to keep them on the same schedule because 90% of the time when one wants something the other does too. They do have DRASTICALLY different personalities though.

Absolutely adorable!! I loved that last pic. :D

My fraternal twins poop on schedule with their big sister. Every 3 days we have the Triple Poopfest.

    So cute! And clearly identical.

Mine have the same poop schedule too (how weird is that? I always thought it was just us). And they *always* get hiccups at the same time. It's almost creepy. The boys have always been the exact same length and head circumference. They've varied from time to time on weight by a few ounces, but last appt. they were exactly the same!

The mirror pic is my favorite also! What good-looking little men you have!

Must be nice to have babies naturally tending to sleep at the same time!

At our last appointment MnL were the same height and same weight. They have ALWAYS pooped at the same time (quite weird, we can't figure out if they just have to go at teh same time or if one goes the other thinks that it is a good idea and he will go for it too). Identicals are quite a neat thing!

    Erika, they are adorable!

My girls were 4oz apart at birth, but since then they have always been within one ounce of each other and they have always been the same length. We also seen to be on the same poop schedule as well. I am excited to see if they end up having most of their developmental milestones at the same time.

    Enjoy your precious little men!
