How does this happen?

Two nights ago I put the babies in their beds for the night. Their cribs are in the same room, end to end. They are always passing stuff back and forth to each other while they are supposed to be sleeping. So, about a 1/2 hour later, Emma starts crying. I wait. Thinking, ok, maybe she's been up there playing this whole time, and she is finally going to sleep. The crying gets louder. So..of course I was on TS :icon_biggrin: , and I asked my husband to go up and check on her to see what was up. He came back down and told me that she had one of Jake's pacifiers stuck in her mouth backwards and could not get it out! :icon_eek: :icon_eek: :icon_eek: She doesn't take a paci, first of all. How in the world did she get it lodged in her mouth backwards? Only one of my children would figure out how to do this.

 

I have a feeling it is not the last time that you are going to be asking yourself, "How the heck did they manage to do that!"

 

First of all, I'm assuming that you got it out?! Poor thing! I guess she just wanted to figure out what the paci thing was all about! Geez, the things the kids get into at this age!

 

That's funny, its amazing what kind of stuff they get in their heads to do.

 

My guys have done that too... they say to make sure the paci is an inch wide on each side to keep from that happening.

 

I had to laugh at this! It sounds like something one of my kids would do!

 

Poor Emma! Your kids never cease to amaze me! LOL :lol:
