Just wondering what everyone else does.. I put my TONs of bottles in the dishwasher.. But with Nutramagen i end up almost washing them with soap to they arent slimy when i pull them out of the dishwasher...

Its a ton of work.. I am always looking for a way to make it easier.. ;)

I mainly use one bottle throughout the day and wash it after every use. Not sure why, we have a ton of bottles but I just find it easier to use one instead of ending up with 10 dirty bottles. :D

Early on when we were going through so many bottles I would hand wash them and then run them in the micro sterilzer. But once they started to decrease and I could do without a few a day we went right to the dishwasher. Much easier--I voted dishwasher even thought I did hand wash at first.

I only have four bottles for each, so I have to hand wash. I plan to get more when we move to bigger bottles and will use the dishwasher then.

We've always hand washed. We actually only have 10 bottles total. 5 4oz and 10 9oz bottles. We usually put hot soapy water in them and wash then when there are only two left. It's worked so far...and hopefully we only have a few more months of bottles anyway :a_smil09:

My best friend became a grandmother in October and her son's ex has around 40 bottles for one baby. To me that's just crazy! She's only 16 and likes to buy all the new cute stuff though

I only have 10 bottles too. (And usually wash them when there are 2 left.) I just find that easier. And we never bought a lot of bottles because I didn't want tons of bottles sitting out. (And I spent enough when we were trying to find a bottle they liked.)

40 bottles for one baby?!?! That's nuts!

And when she's broke and struggling, she'll wonder "now where did all my money go?" :D

We use the Playtex drop-ins. We have 4 bottles for each baby. We send 3 to daycare and have 1 spare. I find it easier to just use 1 bottle for each. Also less clutter in the kitchen. We wash the nipples by hand daily and boil them once per week.

I handwash every day during their morning nap, but run them through the dishwasher once a week to sterilize them. We have 10 total bottles, but now that we are down to 4 bottles a day, after their morning bottle I soak all 8 (from the previous day and that morning) and then during their nap I wash them all and make up 8 bottles for the next 24 hours. After each bottle I rinse them out and toss them in the sink until the next day. The entire process takes 15 minutes and then I have bottles ready to grab when I need them.
