How do you store your wagon?

We have a dedicated stroller area in the garage and it seems to be slowly swallowing the entire garage.

I have an SBS umbrella stroller that I keep stored on 2 ladder hooks, and would like to get the wagon off the floor also so it's just the joggger (used almost daily) taking up floor space.

Any solutions for getting your wagon off the floor?

We keep our wagon outside. I find it very awkward to pull so only my DH uses it, and that's rare. I keep 2 strollers in the garage and one in the van. I keep a single for the older kids that I'm saving for the baby in the house (basement).

Do you really NEED the wagon.......I know that we have one and we NEVER use it........but "every kids needs a wagon".........if you use the strollers and not the wagon, get rid of it.

Bring it in the house and use it for toy storage......LOL

I have heard of some hook and pulley systems that might work for something heavy like that..... Otherwise, ours lives between cars!!

We use ours all the time, so ours lives on the front porch. I'm running out of storage space the older they get, the bigger the stuff! I have seen some hooks at Lowes that are meant to hold bikes, they were plastic coated, and looked kind of like a half square. Maybe you could rig something like that up. On our wagon, the handle folds underneath, so ours would hang by the axel pretty easily, maybe yours would?

Oh, that's a good idea...I'll have to check it out. I was thinking the ladder hooks might work for that too (our handle also folds up underneath).

In the winter our wagon was in the shed (I don't have a garage). Right now it is kept outside and I turn it upsidedown and store it next to their climber. Then everything gets covered overnight. For covering I use those Neat sheets that you can buy in most drug stores since they are water resistant and they keep everything mostly dry.

Edited because I can't spell today. LOL!!!

I use ours for a outside toy chest when not in use.
I keep it under the patio and when we do use it I have the girls help me move all the toys over to the water play table that is right next to it.

Our wagon is on our front porch next to our jogging stroller. It desperately needs to be cleaned from months of not being able to use it during the cold months.

We don't have a wagon -- but our strollers and baby stuff have already swallowed the garage. :D It's all DH can do to get the wheelbarrow and lawnmower in & out.

We do have some heavy-duty long nails in the garage wall (left by the previous owner) that we use to hang things like extra bike tires, bouncy seats :D , ski poles... So I think we could probably hang a wagon from one.

We don't keep our cars in the garage at all. That was my goal when we first moved in, to be able to eventually put our cars in the garage -- but I've given up.

Ours stays in our car. I stopped using the stroller a few months back when my girls kept pitching fits about getting put in the stroller. They are so happy in their wagon going places.
