How do you know if your website needs rebuilding?

I started with a simple site a few years ago, but now it feels outdated and clunky. Customers have even told me it’s hard to use on their phones. I’m not sure if I need a full rebuild or just updates, but I don’t want to keep patching something that doesn’t really work.

It’s tough to figure out when to let go of an old site and invest in something new. Advice from people who’ve been there is really valuable.

Eventually, I turned to a professional web development service, and that decision changed everything. They walked me through the issues on my old site and showed me how a rebuild could actually save money long-term. Instead of endless fixes, I got a modern site that worked across all devices, loaded quickly, and was easy to update. The experience made me realize that sometimes rebuilding is smarter than repairing.
