toys, how do you clean soft ones, that can't be thrown in the washer, and the hard ones that can't be submerged in water or put in the dishwasher? TIA

Get some type of safe disinfectant spray or wipe for the hard toys. I have disinfectant antibacterial wipes from the hospital and also have medula brest pump wipes that say on the package safe for baby toys, cribs, yada, yada, yada.
I throw almost everything in the washer!

I use clorox hard surface for everything not dishwasher or washing machine safe, including the soft toys.

I've read the best way to clean soft toys is to use a damp cloth to blot away any surface dirt, then put them in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer o/n. Germs and dust mites and such can't tolerate below-freezing temperatures. As for the hard toys, probably just use a Clorox wipe or some rubbing alcohol.

Ditto putting soft toys in the freezer - you can also put them in the dryer on high heat for 5-10 minutes...

Soft ones, I put in washing machine. I take out the electronics. Hard ones, I use Clorox Any Surface. It comes in a blue spray bottle and is gentle enough to use on toys. You just spray and let it dry, or you can wipe them down with it.

For soft surfaces like toys, couches, recliners and our matresses I use Febreeze antimicrobial and I think they make an antibacterial spray also.... I like the freezer tip from a PP.
