How do you buy your diapers?

I am finally to the point where I need to buy diapers for awhile - we did a diaper raffle for my baby shower and it's lasted me until now! I've only had to buy a few packs of Newborn diapers and those I either bought Huggies on sale with coupons or Target's brand, but now we'll be in size 2's for awhile and I need to buy diapers for a bit (until we hit size 3 and I have like 20 bags of those, wheeee!)

So how do you buy yours? At a savings club like Sams Club, or online, or in stores with coupons, or generic???

I try to get mine at Costco...but my membership expired [IMG] I need to renew it. I get huggies and they are resonable there. If I can't go there, I get them from Kmart or Walmart. I only get them at the grocery if I am desperate because they cost so much more.

Costco, we use the Kirkland brand. [IMG] But I think they start at size 3. They do carry Huggies in the smaller size. [IMG]

I buy mine at walmart, every week we get the HUGE pack of Huggies Supremes. They are such an awesome diaper, the boys have never had a leak with them.

1800diapers.com is a great website to order from. They accept coupons as long as they aren't for a specific store (i.e. Target). The prices are reasonable and it's free shipping if you meet the minimum order (which is basically 2 large boxes). They ship them out quickly, too.

We also use 1800diapers.com, the prices are very good. My last order I bought about 500 size 1 Pampers Swaddlers and with shipping my total was around $75 and they delivered in a few days. Love it!!

I did the math, and I think that Sam's/Costco is the cheapest route. I bouth a 200 pack of size 3 huggies at Sam's this past weekend for $34.78 + tax. That's cheaper than buying the 104 count "mega" pack at walmart for $19.88 = tax, even with coupons. We also but the Sam's brand of forumla, it is the EXACT same stuff as the Enfamil Lipil, but at a bit more than half the price. HTH!!

I buy pampers swaddlers at walmart. When the girls get bigger i'm going to try the kirkland brand at costco though. We tried huggies and the girls leaked right through them right away. They defintiely did not work for us!

Through size 2 we bought Pampers Swaddlers -- usually at the grocery store, even though that isn't the cheapest, but at that age we were all about reducing the number of stores we had to go to.

From size 3 on (we're only in 4's now) we bought Huggies at Costco.

I always buy online at amazon.com or 1800diapers.com. I buy 1-2 cases at a time. Great prices, free shipping, no taxes, no running around. I never buy in the stores, I have limited shopping time and I'd rather spend it buying things other than diapers!

We usually get them at Target or Walmart. The store brands have worked for us for all three kids. We buy the big boxes with over 100 diapers in them.

For me the cheapest route is sales + coupons. I have half the neighborhood saving the coupons from the paper for me, so EVERY package I buy, I buy with a $1.00 off coupon to begin with.

My favorite way is to use my CVS bucks, too. I feel like CVS buys me diapers many times, or sells them to me REALLY cheap. I try to combine their sales with manufacturer coupons plus the $4 off of $20 coupons I always get, plus extra bucks when I can.

A couple of weeks ago, I got THREE packages of Pampers Baby-Dry for only $1.28! [IMG]

They were on sale, plus I'd used a $20.00 extra bucks coupon from a buy $40 worth of {this list of} products, which included Huggies, and get $20 extra bucks. So with my coupons for the original purchase, I paid less than $30 for FIVE packages of diapers, FOUR boxes of wipes, SIX boxes of Kleenex, TWO packages of adult moist wipes, and TWO boxes of ziploc bags. [IMG]

A couple of months ago, Albertsons had all of their "merchandise" (basically anything non-food) on sale for 25% off. So, I bought a bunch of diapers then. That sale made them a good price, and I used coupons of course.

Amazon runs that diaper special every so often, too. That's a really good one.

With my first I used Amazon.com, but they became a lot more expensive. Now I usually buy at Target (also their own brand). Last week I picked up Huggies at Costcos. I bought Huggies size 3 instead of Kirkland, because the price per diaper is actually lower than the Kirkland brand.

I also buy mine at 1800diapers.com. I LOVE that place, and the service. They have the big cases, free shipping, and no tax. It is the cheapest I can find per diaper. I think that they deliver fast and it is always right to my door!

If you use my referral code: NAVX8476, you get $2 off your first order. IF you have any questions, please ask. [IMG]

Well I buy coupons off of ebay. This last time I bought 15 coupons for $3 off of Luvs for $3 on ebay. I went to Target and stocked up.

We bought Swaddlers at Target until they grew out of Size 2. Each pack of diapers usually had a $1.50 off coupon in it, so that was nice. When we hit Size 3, no more coupons! [IMG]

Now I buy Cruisers Size 3 at Sam's Club. I can't remember how many are in the box right now, but it's somewhere around 200 for $36. We buy Enfamil there and now they sell some Stage 2 fruits/veggies. It's nice to reduce the number of places we have to shop.

I buy Huggies diapers and wipes at Costco. It is the best price I have found. Although we don't have a Sam's membership so they could be cheaper there.

I generally buy at wal-mart BECAUSE you can do a price comp on any ad. I go through our circular packet with all the sale papers for the local drug stores and grocery stores and see who has the diapers I like on sale. I then can go to wal-mart for my regular grocery run and then bring the ad from the store that has my brand on sale and they will sell them to me for that price. Every walmart does this. Sometimes I just go to the store that has them on sale if it is easier to get through than Walmart and diapers are all I need.

Thanks everybody ... the CVS sounds like a good idea, I think we just started getting some CVS stores around here, I've never been in one but I'm a coupon nut and if they give you coupons off for shopping there I'm all for that ... and I think I'll try 1800diapers.com too, if the price is comparable you can't beat not having to run to the store!!!
