I have a feeling that my symptoms are worst when I am lying on my left side & plus it is less comfortable for me.
So how bad is it that I lie mostly on my right side?

It shouldn't be a problem, but try to alternate sides a bit since left is better for circulation. I was always more comfortable on my right up until 27 weeks and now I can only lay on my left. I posted this awhile back on another site because I was concerned, but I don't think you should worry about lying on the side that's more comfy.

I am also more comfortable on my right side. I try to mostly layon my left anyway since I know it is better for the babies circulation. My twin A has bad blood flow, so I do have to be concerned about it.

I was mostly a right-sider until more recently. I had to start switching up because my right hip was always numb and annoyingly tingly! Here at the hospital, they just want me on a side, either one, as much as possible.

I found it helped me if I would put a pillow under my right hip to tilt my uterus, they I would lie on my back. Of course there was some strategically placed pillows under my legs too. LOVED PILLOWS !!!!

I am drowning in pillows! They can help. but yesterday, I got this claustrophobic feeling (after 11 weeks of bedrest, guess this is normal) and had to get rid of most of my pillows for the day. . . Crazy, I know.
