HH is being reassigned to Georgia in two months. Since he made the decision to live on post and we have such crappy housing he says I have to go and pick out our new house. I am set to fly out tomorrow morning, but I totally don't want too! I am going to miss my babies so much. I know I complain to him about needing a break, but I have never been away from them for three days...I know he will survive without me and is a great dad, I am just going to miss them so much!!!!

I am sure the babies will be well taken care of! You should enjoy this break and do something for yourself in addition to picking out a house for the family!

I agree. Get a facial and a pedicure. Pick out the new house and buy a new piece of art or furniture to go in it.

Have fun and enjoy the house hunting. It will be great for all of you... you'll get a break and your kids will get some extra time with their dad. Definitely do something for yourself... even if it's just sleeping late in the morning or taking an afternoon nap!

ENJOY it! It is hard being away but I think it does beyond good for mommy and babies to be apart- it really does! I hope you have safe travels!

We will be at Fort Stewart. We lived there four years ago and loved it! I hope we do again! Thanks everyone, I just hate leaving them, I always feel guilty!

That's great that you are moving back to someplace you already know you like. [IMG] Happy hunting! I love house hunting -- and it would definitely be more fun without kids in tow. Of course you will miss the babies, but they will be fine and it's good for them to have dad time.

Ditto! Ditto! Ditto! Enjoy yourself! The kids will be fine and you'll have time to focus on finding the perfect home for your family. Do something for yourself while you're there. [IMG]

WHAT FUN!!!!! Do you have any old girlfriends still in the area? Sleep in one morning and have a long soak in the tub one night. Top it off with a bottle of wine and room service. I'm so jealous. I hope you find a good house. Hopefully, we will know in a couple of weeks if our plans for Tampa are a "go".
