I just can't say enough about the two DVD's that I purchased for the girls for Valentine's day. I bought Letter Factory and Talking Words Factory, and ever since then they have been going around saying the sounds of all the letters. We have been really working with their sounds and were having a hard time with them remembering, but these videos have really helped. They are fun and make learning fun for the girls, and really teach them the sounds of the letters. Great videos!! Just thought I would share.

Glad they're working for you! I totally agree -- Nadia started watching them when she was very young, and they did wonders for her -- and my little ones watch them now, and Karina is saying "A, B, C" and the associated sounds, even though she barely has any other words, LOL. Can't say enough good things!

We LOVE them too! I brought them all when they were 18 months old (Letter Factory, Talking Word, Code Word Casper, and Math (will be later). I wish they do MORE for different toddler stage.

We bought the Letter & Word Factory videos last month and T&T went from knowing just a few letter sounds to knowing them all in about a week. AWESOME tool. They're now singing the vowel song and decoding for fun. Never would I have guessed watching a video a few times a week could help them make this kind of progress but they're ready and sooooooo into it.

My son loves these too. He now can look at a word and tell me every letter in it within seconds.

I LOVE them too. I got them for my girls and they loved watching the talking letter factory better than the word factory but they still enjoyed them. I also got the sentence making one (I think that's what it is haven't wtched that one much). I've been playing the letter factory for my son every now and then since he turned two and he's been going around saying the letter sounds. Now if only I could get him to match the sounds with the letters. He loves the movie. We also have a cd of the music from the letter factory which they love listening to too.

We have the Letter Factory and it's pretty good. The only thing that I don't like is that they only give ONE option for each letter's pronunciation - so the letter "o" is pronounced "ah" and the do it with the o's swinging on vines saying "ah ah". I wish they would do "oh" and "ah". Same with the letter "c". I'd like it to say "c" and "kah".

I noticed that, too, but if you buy the fridge letters, they do both the pronounciations--I don't know why they didn't do both with the DVD.

I got them from Target in the video section for about 10.00 each. But it sounds as though SweetpeaG got a much better deal.
