Honest opinions on MadMuscles before I subscribe

    Hey folks! I'm thinking about subscribing to MadMuscles, but I'm still unsure. I’ve tried a couple of other fitness apps before that didn’t really stick — either too repetitive or not personalized enough. Has anyone here actually used it and gotten real results?

    Yeah, I’ve been using it for the last 5 weeks and I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I do. It’s very user-friendly and actually feels tailored to what I need — especially with its nutrition suggestions. If you're looking for a detailed MadMuscles review , I found this video to be really informative and spot on about the app’s strengths.
